01.09.14 : Stefan has heard about my plans to have some adventures in Chile in November this year. +++ 13.10.14 : Stefan sent the balloon to my then upcoming accommodation in Santiago de Chile +++ 29.10.14 : arriving there--small hostel Bellavista--no package with balloon here--Well, Chilean post is famous for tardiness ;)--Hostel stuff is marvellous: offers to inform me asap the parcel arrives ('Cause: I gonna be in Chile for a month now but travelling through the country) +++ 12.11.14 : Arriving in Puerto Natales in Patagonia--First + only internet access since Santiago + for the next ten--and just at that evening one of the Bellavista stuff writes: Here it is--your long expected parcel !--I answer immediately that I'm very happy and will pick it up at my return to Santiago at the end of November +++ 29.11.14 : Returning at  hostel Bellavista--a bit sad 'cause a unforgettable trip has almost become to an end but there is one marvellous thing left to be done--to release the balloon on the roof of  Pablo Neruda‘s house--Therefore I'm asking for the package as soon as I unpacked my stuff--But : no package !--The stuff in charges looks up everywhere--no package at all !--After my explainations about the content and reason of the package they--even--have offered to go downtown to buy a new balloon-- ;) --Finally on of the stuff members has the (obviously necessary) guts to call the owner of the hostel--and here the final story comes to a sad end: yes, she said--she saw the package, she also saw it one week later--then without doing any check back to her staff or reading the hostel emails she Opened the private package of a returning guest--she did of course not understand the content… 
and…...  
flinged it away !--In addidtion I have been bawled at as I had done something criminal in her hostal--letting a parcel arrive +++ Uiiih--and end of story.
